enter and pay a bill at the same time
Nearly all of the bills I add have already been paid so it would be much easier if you could enter a bill and mark it as paid all in one go.

If a bill is paid at time of receipt or at time of entry, it is best entered as an outgoing entry. Bills are meant to track payables only, payables that remain outstanding for a period of time.
