Freshbooks has a great iPhone App, which makes my life much easier when I'm not at my computer. I'd love to see a similar application for IAC-EZ, as I often have my iPod touch handy when dealing with money but don't have my computer nearby to input info.

allow an "item list" where purchase orders could be created and sent to vendors

freshbooks does invoicing very well but it does not do purchase orders

perhaps even import the item list from freshbooks and then have additional fields such as MFG part#, MFG price, COGS account to attach it to

this could be a lead in to a inventory management down the road if people request that feature

import Quickbooks data into IACEZ

Would like to be able to print checks while entering bill (or other) payments.

Our company has been developing a complex billing system that requires more features than FreshBooks provides. I would love to interface directly with IAC-EZ to do all I need to enter this data into our IAC-EZ account. We will (likely) continue to use FB for invoices, but need this extra integration with our IAC-EZ account. Without it, we won't want to continue on with IAC-EZ.

Just like with the Freshbooks integration it would be nice to have the same set up with WHMCS which is an automated billing solution.

It would be nice to have a drop down box of that asks, “Which SB Category do you want to import?” - then items unentered into IAC-EZ could be chosen.

I would find it very handy to have an IAC-EZ application on my Android phone as I carry it with me everywhere.

Nearly all of the bills I add have already been paid so it would be much easier if you could enter a bill and mark it as paid all in one go.

Don’t know if their API has any additional fields available for this, but as you know, in the CSV exports, only the “grand total” of a single receipt shows up. i.e. if I have a receipt from Big PC Store and it has 1 PC for Client 1 and 2 Printers for Client 1&2 and Shipping. I can create in Shoeboxed item lines. i.e. PC $1000, Printer1 $200, Printer2 $300 - If Shoeboxed could figure a way to API those item line into IACEZ, this would be a BIG time saver.
